1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of Qofi Grounds, the educational training platform operated by Qofi. By accessing the site, purchasing a course or bundle, or otherwise using the service, the user agrees to be bound by these terms. If the user does not agree, they should not use the service.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
An account is required to access purchased content. Users must provide accurate information, are responsible for safeguarding their credentials, and may not share access with others. Accounts are for a single individual and may not be transferred. Users must be of the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
3. Purchases and Payment
Prices are displayed at checkout and may change at any time, though changes do not affect completed purchases. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider; by purchasing, the user also agrees to that provider's terms. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted and are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
4. Refund Policy
Course materials are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase. Because of the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. Questions about a specific purchase may be directed to support@qofi.ai.
5. License and Intellectual Property
Upon purchase, the user receives a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the purchased content for personal educational use. All content, including videos, prompts, templates, and written materials, is the property of Qofi or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. Users may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly share, or create derivative products from the content.
6. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to misuse the service, including by sharing accounts, scraping or bulk-downloading content, attempting to circumvent access controls, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose. Qofi may suspend or terminate access for violations, without refund.
7. No Guarantees
Qofi Grounds provides educational content only. It does not guarantee any specific result, income, certification, job placement, or admission to the Qofi expert network. Completion of any course or the full bundle does not guarantee acceptance into any program or engagement. See the Legal Disclaimer for further detail.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qofi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. The total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the content giving rise to the claim. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9. Changes and Governing Law
Qofi may update these terms at any time; material changes will be communicated through the site or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
